 he mediation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight\, O Lord\, my strength
 \, and my Redeemer.</p>\n<p>David\, the Psalmist\, begins this psalm decla
 ring glory to God for His revelations of the heavens day and night. They p
 roclaim His wisdom\, power\, and goodness\, proven by the counter-changing
  of day and night so that all who witness it are left without excuse. The 
 heavens and all they contain constantly glorify Him\, from the sun's risin
 g and setting in the day to the moon and the stars following their path in
  the night. All who witness these never-changing events see and understand
  his eternal power and divine nature.</p>\n<p>David then praises God for H
 is perfect\, steadfast\, and pure law\, which opens our eyes to His wisdom
  and drives us to His throne of grace\, where we can worship.<br />\nThe r
 evelations warn him of the perfect and pure law of the Lord. (Psalm 19:11)
  They point out his mistakes\, and he asks to be cleansed from hidden sin.
  He desires to be upright and acquitted of great wickedness.</p>\n<p>I pra
 y my heart would be much affected by the excellence of the word of God so 
 that the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart would be filled 
 with thoughts of His glorious reality and that they lead to words and acti
 ons that are pleasing to Him at all times.</p>\n<p>He only can be my Rock 
 and my salvation\; I am nothing without Him\, and I will look to Him with 
 a fixed heart.</p>\n<p>Practise the presence of God with stillness of hear
 t.</p>\n<p>Psalm 62:5 My soul\, be quiet before God\, for from Him comes m
 y hope. He is the living God that speaks\, gives\, works\, and reveals Him
 self in His creation. His presence strengthens and satisfies our faith\, w
 hich wakens and grows bold in His glorying hope.</p>\n<p>He only can be my
  Rock and my salvation\; I am nothing without Him\; I will look to Him wit
 h a fixed heart. (Psalm 57:7) Meditation and prayer are blessed means of s
 trengthening faith and hope.</p>\n
