X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=TEXT/HTML:<p>Luke 12:24 - Consider the raven. They do no
t plant or harvest\; they don't even have a storeroom or barn\, yet God fe
eds them. How much more valuable are you than birds!</p>\n<p>Since God hea
rs the young ravens\, will He not listen to you? Have you been praying for
mercy but feel as though you have not received it? Have you gone on your
knees in exceeding distress but still not found peace? Does sin still hang
like a millstone around your neck? Do you sit in the valley of the shadow
of death with no light of dawn upon you?</p>\n<p>I encourage you never to
give up. Pray and pray without ceasing.</p>\n<p>Pour out your heart like
water before the Lord.</p>\n<p>The waves of turmoil and torment are great\
, but He has provided a way. Think of Jesus calming the storm\, of Him wal
king on water to calm His disciples\, of Peter walking on water to meet Hi
m and then sinking\, but Jesus reaches out to him and holds him up.<br />\
nI will be Peter today\, and when I start to sink - I will look up to Jesu
s and know that He will save me.</p>\n<p>Lamentations 2:19: Get up and cry
aloud in the night at the beginning of every hour. Pour out your heart li
ke water in the presence of the Lord!</p>\n<p>Prayer itself is a salve for
every sore\, a remedy for every sickness. It is a directive to me to give
my burdens to the Lord and then leave them with Him. His will be done.</p>\n<p>Psalm 62:8 People\, in every situation\, put your trust in God\; pou
r out your heart before Him\; for God is a refuge for us.</p>\n<p>Pour out
your heart - trust in Him to guide you\, especially when you are in doubt
\, to protect you when in danger\, to supply you when you are in want\, an
d to strengthen you for every good work. Pour it all out before Him. He is
a refuge and shelter for all that come before Him and ask\, seek and knoc
k (Luke 11:9-10).</p>\n<p>Psalm 126:5-6 Those who weep while they plant wi
ll sing for joy while they harvest. The one who goes out weeping\, carryin
g a bag of seeds\, will surely return with a joyful song\, bearing sheaves
from his harvest.</p>\n<p>While we are in this world\, there will always
be a matter for prayer. I have found great sorrows to be succeeded by rema
rkable deliverance. Like a dream\, Sorrow is gone\, and the joy that follo
ws is so great that it seems too good to be true. I store these times in m
y memory to never be forgotten. From trials and tribulations\, from depres
sion of spirit\, and from temptations and doubt\, I am set free\, and my h
eart is grateful and amazed at the wonderful goodness of the Lord.</p>\n
