  Do not grieve the Holy Spirit</p>\n<p>When I begin to slide down the slip
 pery slope of anger and bitterness I must consider Psalm 4:4 - Be angry ye
 t do not sin.  Think about this when upon your bed and be silent.</p>\n<p>Get quietly into the presence of God and then you will be able to look at
  things from a right standpoint.</p>\n<p>Let your thoughts fasten upon tha
 t which is good<br />\nConsider your ways and examine your own conscience 
 with respect to what you have done in the day.<br />\nRepent and meditate 
 upon God and things that bring peace.<br />\nBe still\, be serious\, be si
 lent and wait for an answer when you have asked your conscience a question
 .<br />\nPut your trust in the Lord.</p>\n<p>Anger and a refusal to forgiv
 e will only harm your own spiritual life.</p>\n
