Honey speaks of grace.

Proverbs 16:24 Pleasant words are honey from a honeycomb – sweet to the soul and healing for the body.

Honey = God’s Word – Psalm 19:9-10 The fear of the Lord is clean, standing forever. The judgments of the Lord are true; they are altogether righteous. Thea re more desirable than gold, even much fine gold. They are sweeter than honey, even the drippings from a honeycomb.

Psalm 119:103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth. Through Your precepts I get understanding: therefore, I hate every false way.
